July 17, 2020— The NCAA Sport Science Institute has released guidelines to help schools with navigating a return to fall sports this upcoming school year, according to a release from the NCAA and a report from ESPN. The guidelines include daily self-heath checks as well as testing athletes within 72 hours of competition in high contact risk sports. Pac-12 Announces Conference-Only Play, Delay of Mandatory Athletic Activities

July 11, 2020— The Pac-12 announced Friday that fall sports will observe a conference-only schedule in 2020, following the announcements by other major conferences this week. The Pac-12’s announcement comes on the heels of similar moves by the ACC and Big Ten . In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, less travel is hoped to be a factor that limits the risk of disease transmission as college sports continue. The sports specifically covered by the announcement include football, men’s and women’s soccer and women’s volleyball. All athletic activities remain voluntary.

March 11, 2020— During a press conference on Tuesday in Austin, Texas men’s head swimming & diving coach Eddie Reese that the team is going to take 4 divers and 16 swimmers. That’s in spite of having 24 men eligible to qualify for the meet in swimming and 5 divers . The press conference was done before Texas’ 4th and 5th divers were qualified, but Reese said that even if they had 5 divers qualified, they would leave 1 home, alongside 6 eligible swimmers. Princeton men’s swimming and diving finish second at the Ivy League Championships

March 4, 2020— Princeton men’s swimming and diving took home second place at the four-day-long Ivy League Championships in Providence, Rhode Island. Multiple strong performances, across both individual and relay events, allowed the Tigers to accumulate a total of 1231 points. Raunak Kholsa was honored as High Point Swimmer of the meet and Charlie Minns was named Career High Point Diver.
