Iowa State and Texas student-athletes procured the final weekly awards of the 2021-22 Big 12 Swimming and Diving season. Texas’ Olivia Bray (swimmer) and Olivia McMurray (newcomer) along with Iowa State’s Michelle Schlossmacher Smith (diver) secured the final women’s accolades. Texas’s Alvin Jiang (swimmer), Noah Duperre (diver) and Luke Hobson (newcomer) earned the final men’s honors.

Texas’ Hailey Hernandez and Noah Duperre claimed Big 12 Diving weekly awards after competing at the 2021 USA Diving Winter Nationals. The Longhorns captured the women’s team title with 137.50 points, while the men placed fourth with 57.50 points. Collectively, Texas divers scored a combined 195 points to finish third overall
