The Energy Standard Training group, usually based in Turkey, has been unable to resume training there since before they dispersed for the Christmas break due to the coronavirus pandemic. Current travel restrictions, as a result of rising Covid-19, have meant that the group never returned in the new year to their base in the Gloria Sports Arena. Energy Standard has picked up another new swimmer for its season two roster in the International Swimming League (ISL), announcing the signing of Zsuzsanna Jakabos . “Our next swimmer is new to our team this year but will be a great addition with her versatility in many events. Hungarian @zsuzsubell!", Energy Standard’s Instagram post stated today. Jakabos is a four-time Olympian, making the games in 2004, 2008, 2012 and 2016, her highest finish was sixth place as a relay swimmer. She is a two-time European Short-Course champion.
